Crocheting is one of the activities I indulge in when I absolutely want to sit idle. In my view, once you decide on a pattern and chose the appropriate stitch to accomplish that, your mind can totally rest. To me it's as good as sleeping!, the best way to give yourself a stress free hour and yet at the end of it you have something that's handy!
